The Website is operated by TWS Franchise LLC dba Tardus Franchise (“Tardus Franchise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Tardus Franchise offers an optional text-message program. By affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive transaction-related SMS messages concerning your inquiry, appointment scheduling or confirmation, requested information, and communications related to the Tardus Franchise opportunity. Message frequency varies.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 888-440-3547. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
